This is a rare opportunity to view this significant heritage building to discover more about its history and unique style.
This historic place was built in 1914 for F.R.E. DeHart, an important developer and fruit industry leader. In 1936, the house was purchased by W.A.C. Bennett, the most influential BC premier of the 20th century, and the most important political figure in Kelowna history.
While the house is currently up for sale, COHS along with other groups are hoping to find a long term solution that involves the ability for the public to access this historic property.
The Central Okanagan Heritage Society will be offering two FREE tours of this historical jewel on:
Tuesday, June 25, 2024
2:30pm & 3:30pm
Pre-Registration is Required. Limited spots for each tour.
