A new Peony garden at Benvoulin

With the sun shining on a cool Spring day we got to work on what will become a lovely rose garden just adjacent to the old entrance of Benvoulin Church.
Often when we see a bright orange City of Kelowna sign posted along the roadside that boldly proclaims “Development Proposal” we wonder, what now?
As some of you may have noticed the gardens at Benvoulin Heritage Park are looking quite different than they did a year ago.
